Deep Cloud Forest is our own unique blend of the washed-process and natural-process coffees, from the same farm. The bright complexity of this coffee is enhanced by the fact that the coffees are blended AFTER roasting, with different roast profiles optimized for each process. This brings out the best of each process in one dynamic cup, featuring both body and full-fruit notes.
